Business Meetings Malta will be happy to assist you in finding the right people to meet and greet your conference delegates and arrange the transfers to all your venues, including all that you may require during your stay. We will advise you on what type of transfers you need for your conference meetings venues and help you with the logistics.
It is important to indicate that traffic in Malta has the driving seat on the left handside, as in Britain. Although the Maltese Islands are considered very small, car ownership on the otherhand is exceedingly high which means that at peak times of the day there is usually heavy traffic on all the main routes network.
Coach transfers to Your Conference Venue
Coach transfers are done by comfortable airconditioned coaches that seat fifty three (53) passengers maximum per coach. Should your group be smaller we would advise you to book a smaller coach that would seat twenty eight passengers. Business Meetings Malta will advise you accordingly as per your number of conference delegates.
Increasingly the vintage Maltese Buses are being used as a mode of transfer to conference venues in a fun way.
Limousines and chauffeur driven cars
If you really want to treat your delegates then we would recommend a limousine service which would include stretch limousines for that very special occassion.
Also available is an awsome fleet of vintage cars that would really delight your conference delegates.
Horse-drawn cabs also known as "Karrozzini"
Alternatively for an authentic touch to your conference venue, why not include for your conference delegates a ride in a typically Maltese horse drawn cab? We would especially recommend this type of transfer if you would be taking your conference delegates to visit Mdina or Valletta.
Malta being an island, is served with numerous harbours, bays and creeks. All of which are accessible by different types of boats.
You could for example, arrange a transfer to your conference venue in Valletta by ferry boat from the Sliema locality. This would see the conference meeting delegates disembark directly either in Grand Harbour or Marsamxetto Harbour Valletta
There are two main types of Maltese boats that operate as water taxis. The older traditional boat known as "dghajsa" or new modern boats that have just recently been introduced to provide this service.
If you really would like to make the most of your time during your conference in Malta, then we could also recommend that you organize for your conference delegates a transfer to the smaller islands of the Maltese archipelago, Comino and Gozo by leisure boats that will take your conference delegates to some really beautiful scenic spots.
Business Meetings Malta will be happy to organize your transfers to all your venues. It is really up to you to decide what you would like for your conference meeting delegates. However, rest assured that we will be happy to guide you in your choice for all of your venue transfers.
