Business Meetings Malta aims to provide you with direct access to local expertise
- Complimentary (No Charges) conference, meeting, incentive, gala dinner & event venue-finding services.
- Complimentary (No Charges) proposal services with local rates and local terms & conditions.
- Supported venue inspection services to include accommodation, transfers & hosted dinner. All expenses incurred by the meeting planner/conference organizer during a venue inspection visit will be refunded by the hotel/venue and given back as a rebate in the contract for the provision of conference/meeting/incentive services, entered between the two parties.
- Optional (On Request) local destination management services including transportation, event production, audio visual support, registration services, team building, activity planning, creation and management of venues and events.
Process
On receipt of your enquiry Business Meetings Malta will deliver within agreed timeframes detailed proposals specific to your event. In addition, the proposed number of hotel rooms required and selected venues, will be put on hold for a limited time for your consideration.
Following receipt of proposals for your conference/meeting/incentive, if you wish to consider the destination in further detail, Business Meetings Malta will co-ordinate your flights with Air Malta and accompanied venue inspections of each of the proposed venues and hotels.
Should you wish to contact these hotels/venues directly after you would have received your proposal, you are to inform Business Meetings Malta that you wish to proceed in this manner. Business Meetings Malta will then put you in contact with the appropriate person at the hotel/venue.
Optional destination management services will be offered and provided on a request basis.
Our venue-finding proposal services are offered complimentary to clients saving both time and money. Should you confirm your event to one of the venues proposed through Business Meetings Malta, that venue then pays us a fee at no cost to you.
