Big Picture
It's a frame up! Teams are invited to brush up on their artistic skills and paint a masterpiece of epic proportions. Each team of 5 participants is given a piece of stretched canvas (50cm by 50cm) some acrylic paints, brushes, palettes and a laminated picture of what their finished canvas is to look like.
Participants soon discover that a giant canvas has been separated into smaller sections with each team being allocated a particular area. This is where the Big Picture approach becomes so important as participants quickly realize that to succeed they will have to co-operate rather than compete with each other.
The larger canvas could be the company logo, a new product or the venue of the next conference/incentive according to your instructions with Business Meetings Malta.
All is revealed when the unveiling ceremony of the Big Picture (all pieces assembled) takes place.
